Quantum3D Government Systems Appoints Mark Matthews as President
Milpitas, CA – March 27, 2018 – Quantum3D Government Systems, a leading provider of training and simulation services for government applications, today announced a key addition to its leadership team: Mark Matthews has been appointed as President for the company. Mark brings with him over 35 years of experience and background in U.S. government military aerospace programs.
Prior to joining Quantum3D Government Systems, Mark was the Program Manager for the Boeing Space and Defense Systems P-8 Acoustics Programs business leading multiple domestic and international Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Systems projects. Mark also held the position of Deputy Director for International Avionics Systems for BAE Systems leading development of avionics, mission computers, flight displays and test equipment. He was also the Program Manager and Director of Operations at Space Vector Corporation where he managed the requirements of various major Army and Air Force programs. Mark has a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands and maintains a Program Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Program Management Institute (PMI).
